Sometimes, we feel lost… as if we don’t know what we’re doing with our lives.

Sometimes, we forget the connection to soul that is always there, patiently waiting for our attention.

Sometimes, we lose the thread of how to come back to ourselves after taking care of everyone else.

Sometimes, we need the ancient voices of stories and community to weave us back into life.

The Women’s Journey is about to begin…

the invitation:

Deep work in a small intimate group online (5-8 participants only), with experiences, dialogue, & stories to recover instinct & embody aliveness

Based on the book, “Women Who Run With The Wolves.”

We are all filled with a longing for the wild. There are few culturally sanctioned antidotes for this yearning. We were taught to feel shame for such a desire. We grew our hair long and used it to hide our feelings. But the shadow of Wild Woman still lurks behind us during our days and in our nights. No matter where we are, the shadow that trots behind us is definitely four-footed.

Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Women Who Run With the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype

I invite you to let your hair down, howl at the moon, & learn to run with the wolves. They don’t care if you’ve shaved your legs. They care if you can stand your ground with presence, respect yourself deeply, have good & right boundaries, and flow with the creative forces that are beyond cultural norms.

In this way, we empower ourselves to be the wise wild women that this world deeply needs.

Are you ready to join the journey?

We use the stories from the book, “Women Who Run With The Wolves,” as a launching point for the journey.

Our access to the Wild Woman archetype is through these stories. In order to embody the Wild Woman archetype, we must observe a blueprint for it. We have to see it’s a possibility, because we have been so conditioned in our culture to not view ourselves as Wild Women.

When I first came across the book, “Women Who Run With The Wolves,” in a study group. I immediately realized its importance & potential for women’s work... and, I thought, so much more could be done with these stories than talk about them (though dialogue is important).

The book carries deeply sought wisdom in precious poetic form that is fertilizer for the wild soul.

These stories take us by the hand & guide us into the wild mythical life. So that, we can come back to our everyday lives with deep insight for where change needs to happen (in intimate relationships, or in our spiritual practices, or in our addictive tendencies, etc… no stone is left unturned.)

So, I pulled practices & processes from my reflections on integration to bring the stories more alive for us & to more deeply embody their lessons.

Here, we do not come to be fixed, but to be truly seen & nourished on our path. This allows us to more confidently & passionately step into our lives.

*Open to all who primarily identify as women.

What’s Included

  • Weekly group sessions on Zoom (16 sessions @ 2.5 hours each – yes, it’s a lot & we need this time to get into this deep work).
  • 2 one-on-one sessions (60 min each) with Andra to discuss what emerges in the journey for you & receive undivided attention. These are available & bookable at any point in our journey.
  • Weekly play-work such as using the body & movement, creative journaling prompts, questions for self-reflection, further creative explorations through reading, etc.
  • Optional creative projects where you get to design your creative expression & clear the pathway for what your life force craves to create (small or big projects). Express what’s hiding in your soul. Examples from past participants are: creating a women’s circle, creating an altar in their home, daily art/painting practice, designing a tarot deck, creating a little artsy book of lessons they’ve learned, etc.
  • Sacred container to explore the Wild Woman archetype to be held, supported, & seen in your transformation as you increasingly bring Wild Woman into your life. It might be a little scary to bring this change into your daily life, & that’s when you can really lean on the group container.
  • Embodiment practices with the Wild Woman archetype to feel more alive & confident.
  • A gentle trauma-informed approach that creates safety in connection.
  • BONUS: 3 group sessions for integration after the journey completes. These are scheduled after the journey in March 2024, April ’24, & May ’24. Integration of the insights from the journey brings transformation. So, we’re going to check-in with how the Wild Woman archetype is showing up for you – if you’ve hit roadblocks, if she needs/wants to come out more, we will celebrate you, etc.

Let me answer this…

Reading the book on your own is inspiring. This may be enough for you.

However, this is WAY MORE than a book study club.

We are taking each story & turning it into action in ways that actually have an impact.

There is an experiential process every session, which takes us from just sharing the story & talking about it, to having a felt experience of its lessons.

We can undo the silos we’ve built around ourselves. And, this can be a bit scary to our egoic selves that like to do things in certain “safe” ways; but that is also life stifling, soul stifling, creative life force stifling. Let’s change that together.

The power of doing this work in a group with other women is less scary when you see other women doing it.

It is INSPIRING to see other women step into their fullness, their rawness. It is fertilizing for your own wild self.

Rewilding ourselves in these ways leads to more passion in life, because you’re committed to living life from your soul, uncompromisingly.

Being seen, felt, & heard in group work is immensely powerful & healing.

Transformation doesn’t need to be a lonely path!

An experience for women coming into their own.

This is for you if:

  • You are ready to unshackle from limiting & constricting ways of being.
  • You are ready to speak your truth & express how you really feel.
  • You are ready to contact the Wild Woman archetype to find your way to freedom, passion, and a fulfilling & energizing life.
  • You dream of community support in your evolution.
  • You desire embodied practices for lasting transformation of body, mind, & soul.
  • You want to be safely held by someone who understands trauma. (Hey, I’m a therapist 👋)

This is not for you if:

  • You do not have time for 2-3 hours weekly of work/play in addition to our group sessions.
  • You are not ready to engage in your own healing & transformation in a group dynamic.
  • You are not ready to be vulnerable in a group.
  • You do not feel pain for the state of our planet.
  • You have no interest in myths, stories, archetypes, or transformational practices.

After the journey completes (in February 2024), we will come together again in March – May 2024, for 3 group sessions dedicated to integration.

→ Integration sessions are a time for us to process our insights, & further anchor them in our being so that daily life is transformed. We will check-in with how Wild Woman is showing up in our lives, if we’ve come across some road blocks or resistance, & you will receive support to keep rewilding.

We check-in with how you are integrating the Wild Woman archetype into your everyday life, as a way to transform what is no longer needed/wanted in your life. This is the important bit – otherwise, just another insight that hasn’t yet become embodied.

Integration (n.) – the process of tethering insights to the physical dimension to affect change.

To integrate an experience is to make it one’s own, whereby it becomes a part of the organizing principle of the self via processes of assimilation & transformation.

More sweet words from a past participant…

The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.

About Your Guide

Hi! 👋 I support individuals to integrate the highs & lows of spiritual awakening, mystical experiences, & altered states of consciousness… especially when the process becomes scary & overwhelming.

I work with groups & one-on-one.

I am fully devoted to my own path & to being in service with integrity. I am not a master, nor a teacher…

It would be an honour to walk with you for a while on this mysterious journey.

I carry a briefcase of trainings from experiential therapy, to mindfulness & yoga, to sound & energy healing, to NLP, to embodiment, etc. – I’ve dabbled lots to arrive at my own authentic offerings… & I believe this is also why my work is so eclectic. I hold a certificate in Transpersonal Therapeutic Counselling.

I am currently completing a Master’s in Consciousness Studies and Transpersonal Psychology, to more fully support my continuing process of integration & embodiment. I am also studying for a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies, with a somatic twist.

I deeply know that all resides within myself, just as all resides within you. It is time to share our knowings with each other from a place of love and abundance.

More Kind Words

Bri, Turkey

“Andra is mindful, intuitive, and passionate. She’s coached me through some very difficult times. Her coaching has helped me tap into my higher consciousness, and be more mindful. I’ve been able to recognize unhealthy patterns and transform my linear thinking into a more holistic thinking style that allows growth. After every session I feel revived and most importantly closer to my authentic self! Highly recommend!”

Mar, Thailand

“Andra came to my life as the magical being that she is, in the perfect timing, bringing a sense of community, meaning and sacred space to the crazy Bangkok. I needed to commute for 2 hours to get to her kundalini dance class every week and I didn’t miss any session (nobody in the group did) in the 7 weeks. I loved how she hold the space for us to go deep. She is profoundly committed to her spiritual growth and you can feel that in anything she does. I would totally recommend working with her!!!!”

Nicola, Canada

“I was hoping to expand my family. I had two pregnancies that were not viable and I was pregnant with my third pregnancy. This was an anxious time for me. … Andra was there to listen to my fears, encourage me to stay present and to believe in the power of my body. Andra is able to listen without judgement, asks before offering advice, understands how the body and the mind are interconnected, is open about her own struggles and is someone who brings a calm and caring nature to those she meets. When I describe her to people who haven’t met her, I say she is my ‘wise woman’ friend. I recently gave birth to my second child, Andra helped connect me with a variety of doulas… For those that are seeking her services, you will be in caring but honest hands.”
