Group Integration: Experiential Process Work to Integrate Spiritual Insights
It's one thing to be aware & another thing to put it into action
8 live sessions on Zoom ➡️ January – February 2024
Integration is what happens after the spiritual insight. It's the actual work where we embody our insights.
I invite you to an experiential group process in a small group (5-8 participants), where we meet weekly for 8 sessions (each session is 90min) to explore what it is to integrate spiritual insights.
This might be for you, if:
- You have been on a spiritual path for some time, but are still finding it difficult to ‘walk your talk’ in relationship to self, other, and world.
- You know what kind of connection you want in relationships, but it's difficult to put that knowledge into your daily life. You often feel alone.
- You feel guilty & ashamed because you feel like you are ‘aware’ and have understanding, but are having difficulties integrating your awareness into your daily life.
- You seek the support of a caring group of people, since you know that healing is done in community with caring others.
- You are curious about embodiment & your body's wisdom.

Hi dear, I'm Andra Dediu. I am a transpersonal therapist.
I support people to integrate the highs & lows of spiritual awakening, mystical experiences, and altered states of consciousness... especially when the process becomes scary & overwhelming.
I thrive when I walk my talk and put my creative energy toward creating transformational spaces for others. I believe this to be my life calling.
In my work, I weave experiential process work, stories, embodiment practices, somatic regulation techniques, mindfulness practice, Gestalt, transpersonal approaches, creativity, systems thinking, breath & sound. I think the most appropriate word for my work would be eclectic.
In addition to my degree in transpersonal counselling, I also have a Master's in Science in Consciousness & Transpersonal Psychology. I am currently preparing to publish my research on spiritual emergencies.
