What if the fee is out of reach?
Ask me. I keep a small number of reduced-fee places for people who couldn’t otherwise come. There’s no form and no means test; you tell me what’s possible and we find a number that works. If I’m full, I’ll try to point you somewhere good.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice are rescheduled. Inside that window, the session is charged, because the hour was held for you and can rarely be filled short notice.
Can I claim counselling on my insurance?
Registered Therapeutic Counsellor coverage varies by insurer and plan. I provide receipts, which you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
