Therapy for the spiritually-oriented woman who has done the work
…and knows there’s something deeper asking to be seen.
On the outside, your life might look like it’s working. You may have a career, a relationship, meaningful friendships, and a deep commitment to your own growth. You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, attended the workshops, and perhaps even spent years in therapy. And yet something still feels unresolved.
50-minute sessions · online · Weekly to begin

Maybe anxiety keeps showing up no matter how much insight you gain. Maybe you find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward. You may sense that old wounds, attachment patterns, or nervous system responses are quietly shaping your life in ways you don’t fully understand.
I can help.
How is this different from talk therapy?
Rather than focusing only on thoughts and behaviours, we explore the deeper layers of your experience: your emotions, body, nervous system, relationships and inner world.
My approach weaves together somatic therapy, attachment theory and transpersonal psychology, working toward nervous system regulation and a stronger connection to yourself.

Transpersonal & depth-oriented therapy
I draw from transpersonal psychology, depth psychology, and process-oriented experiential psychotherapy. For many of my clients, healing isn’t only about reducing symptoms; it’s about becoming more fully themselves. Depending on your interests our work may include ritual, embodiment, earth-based practices, parts work, inner child work, shadow work, dreamwork, archetypes, myths and storytelling, ancestral work, and exploring the deeper meaning emerging through your life. This supports self-actualization — the process of becoming who you were always meant to be.
Somatic Experiencing therapy & embodiment
Many people live largely in their heads — analysing, problem-solving, trying to think their way through emotional pain. Somatic Experiencing gently includes the wisdom of the body in healing: sensations, emotions, movement impulses, the imaginal realm, and patterns of activation and shutdown in the nervous system. As your capacity for embodiment grows, many clients experience greater emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of calm, safety and connection.
Attachment-focused therapy
Our earliest relationships shape how we experience connection today. Whether your attachment strategies tend toward secure, anxious, avoidant or disorganised, we’ll explore how these patterns developed and how they may be influencing your relationships, self-worth, communication and emotional life. Understanding your attachment system often creates greater clarity, self-compassion, and the possibility for lasting change.

FAQs
Individual therapy questions
Do I need to have a diagnosis or a crisis to come?
No. Many of the people I work with are functioning well by every external measure and are simply aware that something isn’t settled. Therapy is as legitimate for growth and individuation as it is for crisis.
What if I’ve already done a lot of therapy?
Great! Most of my individual clients have done a lot of talk therapy, and then they land with me. If insight alone had been enough, you’d already be somewhere different. Somatic and experiential work offers a different route in — through the body and through experience, rather than through more understanding.
Is somatic therapy going to make me relive my trauma?
No. Somatic Experiencing is specifically designed to avoid overwhelm. We work at a pace your nervous system can tolerate, in small pieces, with plenty of resourcing. You don’t need to tell me the whole story for the work to help.
How often would we meet?
Weekly to begin with. Consistency matters more than frequency in the long run, and we’ll talk openly about pacing as we go.
Do you offer online individual therapy?
Yes. I work online with clients.
